2. Course Enrollment

Enrollment is confirmed upon receipt of full payment or an approved payment plan. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses with adequate notice. In such cases, a full refund or transfer to an alternative date will be offered.

3. Certification

Certificates are issued upon successful completion of the course requirements as set by the respective accrediting body (IOSH, OSHA, BCSP). We do not guarantee exam results; we provide quality training to maximize your chances of success.

4. Intellectual Property

All course materials, content, and resources are the intellectual property of ASKINTERP / LOGIXINVENTOR (PVT) Ltd. Reproduction or distribution without written permission is prohibited.

5. Limitation of Liability

ASKINTERP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan.
